Study Exchanges

Before Mobility:

• You should be nominated by your University or you can directly contact with Erasmus Coordinatorship in Istanbul Arel University via this e-mail: international@arel.edu.tr
• Official Transcript of Records (from your home university)
  • Fill in the “Learning Agreement” Form ensure that your Learning Agreement has been signed by signed by you and approved by the home university
  • Copy of Passport
  • We will send you a Letter of Acceptance after all documents reach to our Office.

Visa
The students must obtain a Student Visa from the Turkish Consulate in their country before they enter Türkiye for their study. The Student Visa can not be obtained after the arrival and tourist visa is not acceptable as a substitute. Incoming students are recommended to apply for visa at least two months before the term begins. Exceptions are those who are legal dependents of someone in Türkiye on a diplomatic visa or with a work visa.

Important Note:

After arrival in Istanbul you must apply Residence Permit. Please contact with Erasmus Office for this process.

Food, Cafeteria and our Free Transport Services

Cafeterias and food areas in İstanbul Arel University’ Kemal Gözükara campus are one of the social areas for our students. In our Arel Student village, food services and cafeteria options are available for all the students. Moreover, students staying in Arel Student Village provide comfortable and free transportation to both Kemal Gözükara Campus and central locations with offered transportation options.

Fitness Centers

In Kemal Gözükara campus we provide Olympic swimming pools, fitness saloons, aerobic saloons, Indoor basketball court, Table tennis areas and other all sport areas that are open to use for our all Arel Student Villages.

Health Services

For Students who face any kind of health problem, they have the opportunity to visit health Centers located in Kemal Gözükara Campus 7/24 at their services.
