2022-2023 Academic Year Spring Semester Erasmus Foreign Language Proficiency Written Exam Results Announced

 Speaking Exam:

* Speaking Exam will be held online on April 28, 2023 (Friday) between 09.00 – 13.50 via Microsoft Teams.

* Speaking Exam will be evaluated by the committees of the examiners.

* The approximate time when students will be taken to the exam is indicated in the list so that they can

prepare themselves accordingly. Each student will receive a “Teams” call to be invited to the exam around

the time indicated in the list.

* Students can join the Speaking Exam on their phones on condition that the requirements of the exam are

provided.

Requirements of the Speaking Exam:

* Students ‘ cameras and microphones must remain ON during the exam. (No excuses regarding the microphones

or cams will be accepted. Typing in the chatbox will NOT be accepted.) Students who turn off their microphone

or camera during the exam will be dismissed from the exam. In other words, students who do not provide the

requirements of the Speaking Exam will NOT be allowed.

• Students must be in a secluded (quiet) environment where there won’t be any form of distraction (noise/sound)

during the exam.

• It is important that these students’ email addresses with the istanbularel.edu.tr extension be active so that

they can log in the “Teams”platform for the Speaking Exam. (They must know their passwords and usernames.)

Otherwise, they cannot log in the Teams and consequently fail.
